Without all of the below we are unable to proceed with adding the driver:
1. Photocard licence copy – Valid and under the policy address
2. Online Licence Summary – Please see below details
3. National Insurance Number (Optional)*
Photocard Licences
Please email a copy of the FRONT of your photocard licence showing the correct address. All text and numbers must be clearly legible.
Online Licence Summaries
Open your web browser and navigate to: www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence to share your licence information. You will need your driving licence number and National Insurance number to hand.
Once these details have been entered, click “Get your check code” and “Get a code”. Once the code has been generated, you will be given the option to print or save the PDF document. After you have saved the full PDF document, please send this to admin@brentacre.co.uk. (Please see example).
*If you are happy for us to get the licence summary whilst you’re on the phone with us, we require the National Insurance Number to access the summary. We need this information for the new driver at the time, so please have this to hand to avoid having to call back again.
