How to obtain your online licence summary

For each driver, you will need to download a PDF of their DVLA licence summary and upload it with this form:

  1. Visit www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
  2. Enter the driver's licence number, National Insurance number and postcode
  3. Click "Share your Licence Information" to create a check code
  4. Once the details are displayed, save the page as a PDF
  5. Upload the saved PDF in the relevant driver section above
